Data protection - GDPR
Focus-Humain acts as a trusted third party so you could express yourself anonymously on your working conditions or on current topics in your company. We pay a particular attention to the confidentiality and the protection of your data so you could share your opinion freely.

What data do we collect and for what purpose?
Your employer sends us:
- A means of contact chosen by your employer (professional email, professional telephone number or postal address), so we can send you the questionnaire.
- Your position in the organisation (for example your department or business team), in order to segment the results in our analysis.
We collect through the questionnaire:
- Your randomly generated login code, linked to your position in the company. Your means of contact (example: email address) never appears in our results database.
- Your answers from the survey, which will be combined with those of your colleagues before being shared with your company.
These data are collected on the basis of your company's legitimate interest in organizing anonymized surveys to assess the state of mind of its employees and allow them to express themselves freely on current topics.
How do we anonymize your answers?
No information that could directly identify you is stored in our results database. Only your randomly generated login code links your position in the company and your responses. At this stage, we are talking about pseudonymized data.
Once all the responses are collected and consolidated, we anonymize the results to ensure that your employer will not be able to re-identify respondents directly or indirectly. We only send your employer collective results for groups of at least 20 people and with at least 10 respondents. When the survey is closed, we erase the login codes and only keep the collective results.
Warning about open questions
In the questionnaire, you can post your comments via a free field. We ask you to be careful not to share any information allowing you to be identified, or any other person, directly or indirectly (example: do not sign your answer or do not name your manager). Your comments will then be sorted by category and shared with your employer.
Can I access, modify or delete my data?
- Data collected via the questionnaire: You can modify your answers as long as the questionnaire is not validated. After validation, your answers are aggregated with those of other respondents and it is no longer possible to modify them. As the data is then anonymized, it is no longer considered as personal data.
- Data transmitted by your company (means of contact, position in the company): We invite you to contact your employer if you wish to consult or modify this data.
We remind you that you can also assert your rights with a supervisory authority (in France, the "CNIL") regarding the processing of your data.
How long do you keep my personal data?
Your personal data transmitted by your company (means of contact, position in the company), as well as the connection codes generated randomly, are kept only for the duration of the survey.
Data security
The data collected is stored in France via the OVH host. We have implemented the necessary security measures to prevent any data leakage. As an additional precaution, we do not store any information that could identify you (such as your email address) in the data we store online when the survey is open.
Your data is then aggregated with the answers of your colleagues so that your identity could not emerge when we share the results with your employer.
Use of cookies
Our website uses a cookie to save your session. Concretely, we store:
- The language you use, so we could display the website in the language of your choice.
- Your connection code during the time you complete the questionnaire. When the questionnaire is validated, this variable is deleted from your session.
By answering the questionnaire you agree to the use of this cookie, without which it is not possible to save your answers. Your session will expire after 12 hours of inactivity.
